This workshop will give the participants the skills, tools and knowledge to be able to develop their digital marketing campaigns for the next 6 months and understand how to achieve a high return on their monetary and time investment.

Pre-requisite:

Participants should be able to access their website and social media accounts via their laptop (not a tablet) at the course. Ideally, participants would have Google Analytics tracking their website and have access to it on their laptop/pc on the day as we will be analyzing their website traffic, activities etc.

Practical elements:

  • Using templates provided to plan their digital marketing campaigns for the next 6 months

Course Content:

  • Understanding the customer’s online journey and why it is important to the success of a digital marketing campaign.
  • Understanding how to use digital marketing channels together for a higher return.
  • Strategy framework and using it to plan for the next 6 months

      - Where are you now? Situational analysis (looking at Google Analytics and Social Media Insights to help develop your new plan)
      - Where do you want to be? Your new goals and objectives
      - How will you reach your goals: your plan/strategy?
      - What will you measure and how?
      - Iteration and change: what have you learned and what will you change?

  • Planning your Christmas 2024 campaigns.

Course Outcomes:

At the end of the training, each participant will have a structured framework to be able to develop their digital
marketing campaigns for June – December 2024. They will understand the importance of planning for Christmas 2024 now.
