What Is An Equity Grant?

Cork City Enterprise Board may assist qualifying businesses seeking to raise investment capital through Cumulative Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares.

What Rules Apply?

• Business must be registered as a limited company
• Show high growth potential
• Require investment of over €20,000
• The maximum that the Board will award is 50% of the total amount required or €75,000, whichever is the lesser. A matching amount must be raised by the project promoter(s).

How Do I Apply?

If you are interested in applying for an employment grant you should firstly check the Board’s criteria for assistance to see if your business qualifies for funding. You should then complete the grant application form and submit to:
