The Cork City Enterprise Board will make no attempt to identify individual visitors, or to associate the technical details listed above with any individual. It is our policy not to disclose such technical information to any third party (apart from our internet service provider, which records such data on our behalf and which is bound by confidentiality provisions in this regard, unless obliged to disclose such information as course of law. The technical information is used only by us for statistical and administrative purposes.
A full refund is made for cancellations made five days prior to the workshop. A 50% cancellation fee will be imposed on cancellations made between 2 and 5 days prior to the beginning of a workshop. No refund is issued for those cancellations made less than 48 hours of start of event. Substitutions are allowed.
